Guidelines EVER 2019 Course Proposals

Each section can generally propose courses. The number accepted will depend on the overall number of proposals received, relative to the time slots and meeting rooms available.
Topics, which appeal to, or are co-proposed with, other EVER sections have the best chance of being accepted in case there are more proposals than can be organized in one meeting.

Course structural rules:

- Each course has a duration of 75 min.
- Each course should have two Chairs - these may also be organizers and /or speakers.

All Course organizers:

- must discuss the course proposal with their Section Chair and Programme Secretary and work closely with them
- must inform all potential speakers in their course as they need to be aware that they have been put forward and agree at least in principle
- must inform all potential speakers that they must be an EVER member
- must remind all speakers involved in their course
- must provide all the information requested in the online submission form (one form per proposal)

All Course speakers:

- must be an EVER member for 2019. Membership is compulsory to be able to submit a summary.
- must submit a summary of their presentation via the online submitting procedure between February 14 and March 21, 2019
- must register and pay to attend the EVER 2019 congress.
- must organize their own travel and accommodation

All Course organizers and Course speakers will get a confirmation by February 14.
